We configure each product with the appropriate foam density, ILD (indentation load deflection) and layering to achieve the target comfort and durability. For example, boneless sofas use high-density structural foam cores with softer comfort layers, while zoned support mattresses incorporate variable firmness zones for spinal alignment.

Customization and OEM/ODM Support

We work with distributors, brands and project buyers to develop products that match specific market requirements. Our customization scope includes:

Quality Assurance and Production Control

Our manufacturing process follows a continuous and standardized production organization mode. Core processes include:

1. Continuous foaming: In-house production of foam blocks ensures material consistency and traceability.
2. Mold forming: Precision molds create complex shapes for sofas, pillows and cushions.
3. Precision cutting: CNC cutting achieves tight dimensional tolerances for multi-layer assemblies.
4. Post-processing: Cover sewing, assembly, compression packaging and final inspection.

We perform in-process checks at each stage, including foam density verification, hardness testing, dimensional inspection and visual quality control. Finished products are inspected before packaging to ensure they meet the agreed specifications.

Packaging and Logistics

Most of our products can be vacuum-compressed and rolled or folded for efficient container loading. This reduces freight costs and storage space. We use reinforced cartons or woven bags with moisture barriers as needed. For boneless sofas and mattresses, compression ratios are optimized to maintain foam recovery after unpacking. We can provide custom packaging with your branding and retail-ready designs.
