Foam Engineering for Pet Mobility

Our pet stairs are not simply cut foam blocks. We select foam formulations based on the expected load, step height and frequency of use. The core must recover quickly after each step while still providing enough cushioning to reduce joint impact. For memory foam models, we use a temperature-insensitive formulation so the stairs do not become excessively firm in cold rooms or overly soft in warm environments.

• Recovery time: Memory foam cores are tuned for 3–8 second recovery to balance cushioning and stability.
• Compression set: We test cores to maintain at least 90% of original height after 10,000 simulated steps.
• Cover options: Polyester, cotton-blend, or waterproof TPU-laminated fabrics; all covers are removable and machine washable.

Application Fit and Customization

Standard models are designed for pets up to approximately 15 kg, with a three-step configuration that suits sofa and bed heights of 40–60 cm. For larger breeds or higher furniture, we can increase the number of steps, widen the tread, or use a firmer foam core. We also support private-label programs with custom colors, logos and packaging.

Our factory in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province covers core processes from raw foam production to final packaging. This vertical integration helps us maintain consistent material quality and respond quickly to custom development requests.

Packaging and Delivery Scope

Standard packaging is a polybag with a color label, then a five-layer export carton. We can provide vacuum-compressed packaging for memory foam models to reduce freight volume, with recovery instructions printed on the carton. For retail programs, we offer hang tags, instruction inserts and barcode labeling.

Typical lead time for standard models is 20–30 days after sample approval. Customized foam or cover development may extend this by 10–15 days. We ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, and can arrange consolidated containers for mixed product orders.
